Subscription Terms

These terms apply to carrier plans. Agencies and software partners don’t subscribe or pay.
1.Plans and prices
- Launch: $0 platform fee. First 25 active agency connections free, then $3 per active connection per month.
- Scale: From $1,500/mo. Volume connection pricing, SFTP, dedicated support and SLA.
2.Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. Before you subscribe, checkout shows the full price, the renewal terms and the first charge date, and asks for a separate consent to automatic renewal. You’ll get a confirmation email with a cancellation link.
3.Usage billing
Launch is billed in arrears for active agency connections: connections that received at least one live delivery from you during the month.
4.Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Billing settings through the Stripe customer portal, in no more steps than it took to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; live ingest stops then.
5.Price changes
We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and remind annual-commitment customers before renewal.
