Relay doesn’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is needed, but we record and honor one if you send it.

Every product update includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Service email about your account, security and billing can’t be turned off while you have an account.

Submit a privacy request. Account owners can also delete their account from account settings.

If you’re an insured whose policy data passes through Relay, your agency or carrier controls that data. Contact them first; we’ll forward any request you send us.
