Relay gives your product one API for policy, document, commission and claims data from every connected carrier. Agencies connect in about ninety seconds through Relay Link, inside your app, without creating a Relay account.

Webhooks, pull feed, and AL3 — your choice
- Signed webhooks
- Standard Webhooks signatures with automatic retries. Events are thin: a summary and a link, so personal data never lands in your webhook logs.
- Pull feed
- A cursor-based sync of every event for an install in sequence order. Use it alone, or to catch up after downtime.
- AL3 mailbox
- If your system only imports download files, pick them up hourly over HTTPS.
- Connection status codes
- Every connection reports a status code with one remedy, such as reopening Link in update mode when a carrier removes an agency code.
Every partner gets the same API — including our own
Emerald Infinite also builds Emerald AMS. It connects to Relay as an ordinary partner, with the same API, scopes, rate limits, certification and price.

- Relay Mutual and its siblings send realistic, obviously fake data. Magic agency codes trigger approvals, denials and conflicts on demand.
