1.Usage charges
Charges are based on active connections that actually received data, so there’s usually nothing to refund. If you were billed for a connection that received nothing, we’ll credit or refund it.
2.Billing errors
Tell us within 60 days of the invoice at support@emeraldrelay.com and we’ll correct any error in full.
3.Service failures
Credits for outages are set out in any signed Scale agreement.
