Carrier Network Agreement

Carriers, MGAs and wholesalers accept this agreement when they request live access. It adds to the Terms of Service and the DPA.
1.Authority to send
You send data only for agencies you’ve appointed, and you have the right to share it with them and their chosen systems.
2.Roster and approvals
Approval rules you set (roster domain, roster contact codes, your own sign-in, invites) authorize Relay to connect matching agencies on your behalf. You keep your roster current, including terminated appointments.
3.Dual-run
Relay can run alongside your existing download provider. Nothing in this agreement requires you to stop using another channel.
4.Network listing
When you publish, your name, kind, lines and data types appear on the public network page and in Relay Link search. You can unpublish at any time.
5.Data quality
Agencies can report data issues to you through Relay. You’ll respond in good faith; Relay doesn’t alter the substance of your data.
