Partner API Terms

Software partners accept these terms when they request live access. They add to the Terms of Service and the DPA.
1.Use of agency data
You use data received for an install only to provide your product to that agency, within the scopes the agency granted.
2.Revocation
When an agency revokes an install, your API access ends immediately. Stop calling the API with that access token, and delete the agency’s Relay data when the agency asks you to.
3.Security
Verify webhook signatures, keep secrets out of client code and logs, and protect personal data at least as well as Relay does. Live secrets are shown once.
4.Certification
Live access requires passing Relay’s automated certification checks. We may re-run them after material API changes.
5.Fees and equal treatment
Relay is free for partners. Every partner, including Emerald AMS, gets the same API under the Neutrality Policy.
6.Branding
You may say your product connects to Emerald Relay. Logos you upload for Relay Link must be yours to use.
